My husband and I have been going to Gentle Dental in Natick for years. We have always had wonderful service there. The folks at the desk have always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about insurance issues. The front desk is always well staffed with people who know the answers to the questions we have and who call back in a timely manner when you need information. The dental technicians are professional, friendly and know their stuff.
It wasn't until recently when my 18 year old son broke his jaw that we really started to appreciate how fortunate we are to have Gentle Dental as our dentists. My son's jaw was wired shut for 6 weeks and it was apparent that he was going to lose his front teeth. The people at Gentle Dental were fabulous and without them I'm not sure we would have made it though this ordeal. Our primary dentist there, Dr. Fitzgerald, adjusted his schedule to fit my son in and arranged a consultation with one of their oral surgeons Dr. Goldberg. Between the two of them they came up with a plan to bring a fantastic smile back to my son's face. I always knew that Gentle Dental is a great place to have our teeth cleaned, but it wasn't until recently that I found out that they are also THE place to go for emergency dental care. You never know when you're going to need someone in your corner. It's good to know that Gentle Dental is there for us when we really need them.

A Simple thank you is in order. I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Fitzgerald since I was 17 years old. No matter what the issue was Dr. Fitzgerald would always have time to see me, and take care of whatever my dental issue was. I am very thankful that I have met Dr. Fitzgerald and Gentle Dental. Dr. Fitzgerald is one of the easiest Doctors to see if you're like me and deathly afraid of dentists. He puts you at ease immediately. His work is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. In fact, I have! My whole family goes to him. He is consistently pleasant and goes about his work in a very quick and effective manner. Kudos to Dr. Scott Fitzgerald!
