They not only remember your name, but they also remember your spouse and your children's name. They call you with friendly reminders of upcoming appointments, and mail a reminder to your home as well. From the moment you walk in, until you have finished with your appointment, the service is great. Personal attention and detail to the patient/consumer is what most businesses and agencies are lacking these days.
