Dr. Suren Swampillai

Dr. Suren Swampillai is the Dental Director at Gentle Dental Hanover. Dr. Swampillai graduated from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Swampillai was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society as he graduated top 10 amongst his graduating class. Prior to dental school, Dr. Swampillai obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) at McMaster University in Canada where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Dr. Swampillai strives to provide the highest quality of dental care and prides himself on making patients feel at ease when they visit the dentist. His philosophy is “treat every patient like family and never compromise care.” Dr. Swampillai dedicates numerous hours to continuing education to better serve his patients. He has strong clinical experience in endodontics and restorative dentistry.

Apart from dentistry, Dr. Swampillai enjoys reading with a strong focus on business-oriented books. One of his personal favorite books is Principles by Ray Dalio. Dr. Swampillai is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching hockey and baseball in his free time. He also enjoys travelling back to Toronto frequently to spend time with family.
