Gentle Dental Milford at 91 Medway Road, Milford, MA 01757 is approximately 30 minutes away, conveniently located in the Milford Plaza. All patients will be welcomed at Gentle Dental Milford. Gentle Dental Raynham will not reopen and will permanently close at the end of June.

I’d like to have my medical records transferred to a new dentist that’s not a 42 North Dental supported practice. What do I need to do?
If you need to transfer your records, call our office directly and you will be forwarded to a patient care representative who will walk you through requesting a records release. There will be no charge for this service. You can also be assured that we keep all records securely stored for 8 years as required and you can request them at any time. There is no immediate rush or concern.
