Dr. Karina Irusa is a restorative and esthetic dentist committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she now serves as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Irusa also holds a Master of Science and Clinical Certificate in Operative Dentistry and Biomaterials Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Nairobi.
With more than a decade of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Irusa specializes in restorative dentistry, esthetics, and preventive care. She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to leading dental textbooks, and presented nationally and internationally on topics such as caries management, restorative materials, and digital dentistry.
