I have been a patient of Dr. Desai for years now and I am very satisfied with the dental care provided by her and her team. I am not an easy patient as through the years I have been postponing oral care and I was always afraid of dentists, their price tag and their judgment. But since I started going to Gentle Dental, Dr. Desai gradually made me feel comfortable, safe, able to afford the treatment, and confident I could smile again. She gives me detailed information about every dental procedure and is very patient with me. I always receive follow up calls to see how I am feeling after a procedure and it makes me feel valued and cared for as a patient. The front desk team is very nice and accommodating, especially if I have any emergencies. I have had oral surgery, root canals, crowns and partials done and so far everything is working great. I don't usually write reviews but I imagine it could be useful to other people like me out there who might be looking for an experienced dentist and a great new smile.
