Dr. Mustafa Al Azzawi

Dr. Mustafa Al Azzawi earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Baghdad Dental School before attending Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine for a Master of Science in Periodontology, Doctor of Science in Dentistry (DScD) in Periodontology, and currently completing a residency in the periodontal program for a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGs) in Periodontology.
