Why Periodontal Health Matters
Periodontal health plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health. Untreated gum disease can lead to tooth loss and has been linked to several other health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. Periodontal disease is also associated with preterm births and low birth weight in pregnant women.
Taking care of your gums today can prevent a range of issues tomorrow.
