I came into the office for an emergency appointment for tooth pain, Gentle Dental was able to see me the same day. I came into the office already crying and panicking from dental anxiety, and the staff was so caring and kind about it, they took me through one step at a time and were incredibly helpful at putting me at ease. When I expressed that I had not been to the dentist in years and was nervous about the rest of my teeth, the doctor changed my visit to a full exam and didn't charge me extra. The doctor was also extremely gentle in explaining the work I still need done on my teeth. Getting my tooth pulled was as painless and easy as possible. Also, in the over two hours I was being helped, the front desk called my insurance company and resolved the issue I was having with them. Just an overall great experience. Special shoutout to the dental hygienist Erika who made me laugh through the tears.
